1. Eligibility

Bradlees reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, resale abuse, excessive disputes, or violation of these Terms.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, or system error, Bradlees reserves the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price and issue a refund if payment has already been processed.

4. Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

Bradlees reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Product unavailability.
• Payment authorization issues.
• Pricing or listing errors.
• Suspected fraudulent or abusive activity.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has begun due to rapid fulfillment timelines.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title transfer to you once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Orders shipped with carrier tracking and delivery confirmation shall be considered fulfilled once marked delivered by the carrier.

Bradlees is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather conditions.
• Carrier disruptions.
• Customs or governmental delays.
• Incorrect shipping information provided by customers.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

6. Returns & Order Policy

Bradlees does not accept returns or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to sizing issues, change of mind, or customer preference.

Customers must contact business@bradleesco.com within 48 hours of the carrier’s confirmed delivery timestamp regarding any incorrect orders, shipping errors, or items that arrive damaged due to an error on our part. Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be reviewed or approved.

To request review, customers must provide:

• Order number.
• Description of the issue.
• Clear photographic evidence, including packaging and product condition.

If approved at our sole discretion, Bradlees may offer an exchange as the sole remedy, subject to product availability and verification of the issue.

Absolutely no exchanges are permitted for lingerie, swimwear, or undergarments under any circumstances.

Customers are responsible for inspecting items immediately upon delivery. Bradlees is not responsible for damage, wear, alteration, misuse, or washing occurring after delivery.

Bradlees reserves the right to determine eligibility for any exchange at its sole discretion.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are only considered in accordance with Section 6 and solely in cases of confirmed Company error or merchandise determined by Bradlees to be damaged or defective due to an error on our part.

All exchanges are subject to product availability and verification requirements.

No exchanges are permitted for lingerie, swimwear, or undergarments.

8. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes:

• Cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• May have expiration dates.
• May exclude certain items.
• May be modified or canceled at any time.

Misuse or abuse of promotional codes may result in order cancellation.
